When we bought this house 20 years ago, we were surprised that such a substantial property didn't have a garage, but "no worries" we thought, there's lots of room in the front garden, we can build one.
Then we opened our shop in Mevagissey and it took off rather faster than we had anticipated and we just didn't have the time for a major project like this. However since we have sold up and are now semi-retired, we have finally got around to it.
We just need to get the driveway resurfaced and the job is done.
@onewing My beloved car is getting on a bit. (13 this year) and I want to keep it running as long as possible...... so I needed to get it out of the weather, sooner rather than later. :).
The poor van still has to sit on the drive. :(
