Ha! I finally stumped you all! Nobody guessed yesterday's pic, though I gave Caroline half a point for being right in a non-specific kind of way. It was the rigging of a model sailing ship. A Spanish armada type of thing with about a bazillion sails...
Soooo...here it is - the final pic for the Abstract April guessing comp! What could it be? Winner announced tomorrow. I'm not entirely sure myself yet what the prize is, but it will be something photography-related and mailable. I kinda want to see who the winner is first, so I can tailor the prize to them :-)
I'm hopping on the boat at 5PM today, "bound for South Australiaaaaa" - oops! no sorry, wrong song, bound for Gotham City AKA Melbourne. For those of you not in the know, Melbs is colloquially known as Gotham City because the city's most famous founder was a guy called John Batman. True story!
Anyway, in about 7 hours time, I leave the picturesque shores of Tasmania (formerly Van Diemen's Land) to start the next crazy adventure! I most definitely did not do photographic justice to this beautiful island state whilst here, but my camera and I shall return for sure!
