These two lovely ladies were playing the petrol pump piano in Federation Square. Nissan was promoting it's new all-electric car, the Nissan Leaf, by getting an artist to remodel redundant petrol pumps into other zany things (including a scarecrow, coffee maker, video game, a computer, giant lampshade, popcorn maker and other random things) I'd seriously love to trade my Hyundai for a Nissan Leaf, but at a price tag of AU$51 000, that's probably not going to happen next week! Still, it's DEF. something to look forward to in the future!!
My model here was playing "Sounds of Silence" by Simon and Garfunkel from the sheet music provided "at the pump"..
Fun shot! Remodeling petrol pumps sounds like a fun concept. It will be a long time before I am ready to upgrade to a more fuel efficient vehicle. More money than I have now.
@daisy I'm currently reading "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne, and I truly believe that my money worries are at an end thanks to that book! Get yourself a copy!! :-)
