Fountain on a Rainy Day by taffy

Fountain on a Rainy Day

A dreary rainy Friday, no time for photos except for my walk home. Then spent way too much time tonight on photos that didn't really warrant the time. This is the first bit...the fountain on the way home, upper left just a bit of cleaning up, then starting with original and processing in Color Efex, repeating with original next in Topaz adjust, and last with SnapArt.
I like the processing a lot.

It's almost like a trip through time, starting with reality and ending somewhere else.

If you didn't tell us what it was - they look like abstracts - nice

Oh wow, what a neat fun effect!

The progression to the final image is quite interesting to see. Each pic has its own qualities tho. The string of lights made great pearl bokeh.

No matter which way you process it, it ends up looking kind of abstract. Interesting!!

Great comparison of the different processing techniques on both the lighting and water. Love the captured water movement.

I love your collage and what a great way to show all you did to this photo. Would be great to do this even for ourselves so we can see a photo various ways. I love the bottom left one as it looks like a painting. So well done as usual, Taffy. Thank you for sharing with us. FAV

@dianeburns Thanks Diane! These are all 'plug-ins' that I use with Aperture. On days I don't think my photo is interesting enough to stand alone, I find that it's fun to experiment with different processing choices.
