Another image (there are still so many to process!) from the winter beach photo walk with @danielwsc and @anwan. This was one of three crops from the same photograph. To the right is a larger bank of trees that is the focus of one of the crops. All processed and stored in LR.
Thank you once again for your wonderful response to the other posted photos from the beach walk. I really appreciate it! And I cannot believe the response to the lighthouse and ice one. Humbling!
Have now imported all Chile photos but now have a thousand photos to keyword in Lightroom. Must be done...but very time consuming. And I leave on Thursday for a photo course (with @jyokota) in Death Valley, a desert in the Western US (with no internet access apparently). Landscape, Lightroom, and Photoshop -- hoping to be smarter about all three a week from now!
Really beautiful, windswept, cold landscape. Your processing makes it glow. Looking forward to seeing some Death Valley shots - a photo shoot out there sounds amazing. Safe travels to you and @jyokota!
Brilliant capture!!! This is absolutely stunning ... again ... can't even begin to pick which one I like best!!! Beautiful and another fav!!! Can't wait to see your Death Valley shots!!!
Have a wonderful trip. Enjoy yourselves. This is just amazing. Inspiring stuff Taffy. I can I agine this large and hung on a wall. Well I'd hang it on my wall!
Another wonderful scene!! This looks like meringue - so beautiful!! I wish I was coming on that course with you - sounds fab and what a wonderful location!!
Beautiful Taffy! I know how it is to have so many photos being organised in LR, you'll get there, it just takes time ;) Have fun on your photo course! can't wait to see what you've learned!
Very magical love your processing Taffy!!
My goal for 2015 is to learn PS and or Lightroom, I have downloaded the bundle and hope to learn more, I'm not sure which program to use. Some people just use PS and some just use lightroom. Do you use both? And which one do you prefer?
No internet? Noooo! I came in specifically to see some photos of the desert! It may actually be for the best, as internetting would distract me from keywording and editing. But I also tend to google how to do things in LR so I'd need internet if I were a beginner LR person! I hope the book is working well (and your instructors but they are not there all the time)
