Disappointing to have a cloudy night but I had fun taking photos of the full moon anyway. I'm posting two, contrasting ways of looking at the moon. It's influenced by our mentor groups theme of focal length as the focal length (300mm here, 70mm in the other one) really changes the feel.

Wishing everyone a great weekend, and sending thanks for your support that lead to 2 of my shots in the TT list this week. MANY thanks!!
I like the unique misty feel of this shot and the surreal glow of the lights at the top of the Sears Tower. The other shot is lovely, too, but this one is more unusual. The smudge of bluish light around the moon is really pretty.
You take amazing photos, Taffy. I love this one, so unusual and a FAV. My main computer is down for good now as far as using iPhoto and slowing down, the cursor comes and goes, Safari shuts down and typing slows down as well. Photos cannot be emailed as my computer freezes 100% and have to shut it down at that point. Posting is slow as well. All photos are backed up so not adding new photos and backup will be placed on his laptop that is still here from previously using it. My son is pretty sure that at the age of 6 years it needs to be replaced :(. Just cannot afford another computer right now so he will buy me a monitor and attach it to his laptop for me and I will use my keyboard for my desktop computer. He will take my desktop home and see if he can figure out any reason it is doing what it is doing in his free time. I hope all is moving forward with your home. Oh, the house next door is up for sale and we got rain, thunder, lightening and hail today.
