One more from Niagara Falls as I have had no time to photograph. I'm taking a modified break from 365 for the next month as life is now totally in the way. I'll stop by and comment, post occasionally.
For those who have followed me since the 'great house fire of 2014' here's an update. Our beautiful renovated condo (with more stairs than we now want to deal with) sold to the first person who viewed it. Closing June 1. We will be able to buy the condo we'd rented for most of 2015, with the fear-inducing balconies, but great views of the city...though we can't take occupancy as there are renters with a lease we must honor so move-in date is unknown. I'll come back to posting post-move and hopefully from Beaver Island. In the meantime, enjoy!
Oh, wow... amazing pounding surf on these rocks. I am not surprised to read about your modified schedule... it only makes sense, in view of the many changes upcoming for you both. A break is more than well-deserved!
That is an amazing shot of pure water power. Don't think I'll be lining up for a swim in there! I really like the way you've composed this shot to show the spray, rocks,rush of water and deep water. The colours distinguish the different textures very well.

With all you have to do Taffy I don't know how you were able to spare a whole week for us visiting Chicago! But thank goodness you did for which I will always be grateful as you helped make our stay so memorable! Having visited your fabulous condo I know how hard it must be to now move on. Keeping everything crossed about Skybridge and hopefully you will be able to make that final move very soon! Enjoy your very well earned rest from 365 - I will be looking forward to your return!

I've relied on a shot or two of the beautiful Falls on busy days too. Great close-up of the American Falls! Best wishes on all the moving plans! Of course you'll be missed for a while but it's good to know you'll be back before we know you were gone.

@darylo Thanks for asking and for the good thoughts! We're about 2/3 packed up and out. Fortunately, they didn't get to the master bedroom so we can still sleep comfortably and we have wireless, but no kitchen anymore and nothing to sit on except in Jim's office. Just got back from taking one load to Junko & Bill's, borrowed another friend's van, and will take bikes and rest of stuff up tomorrow of the things we'll need access to. All the rest is either in or going into storage indefinitely. So wild a time! Going as well as can be expected -- think good thoughts for no rain in Chicago on Tuesday! Hope you are enjoying the holiday weekend.
