We arrived back on Beaver Island yesterday and the osprey was kind enough to greet us and stay for a single photo. Their nest is high on a cell tower and while we see movement up there all the time, it's really rare to sight one of the birds, much less have it sit still enough for a photo. Very exciting start to our return.
What a beauty! I am so jealous! How wonderful to be welcomed home by such a fabulous bird. Now if your next bird shot is an eagle I am on the next plane! Lol! Fav!
