Not a Sandhill Crane

Went to 'Vickey's' pond today to see, we hoped, the sandhill crane that has been hanging out there. We were in luck - it was there. Not in luck - wrong settings on my camera so mostly blurred shots. So, this was the consolation photograph. At least it held still for a short bit.

It is really frustrating when you check the shots later and they are blurry. This is a great consolation though.

This is a beautiful capture Taffy! I have been defeated by the dragons so far this year! I haven't been able to capture one flying as they patrol up and down the lake and they just won't settle for a shot like this! I haven't seen a sandhill crane so am looking forward to your capture which I am sure you will get! Fav for this little beauty!
