Taken in the same area as yesterday's closeup. Beaver Island has an elaborate transfer station for recycling and removing garbage from the islands. And any car brought over must have a paid ticket to return to the mainland. These two programs have eliminated the 'town dump' and abandoned cars along the road. This area is on private property -- what had once been a farm, I think.

Excellent processing of a great subject. It sort of runs parallel to those boats they sink to help marine life. I'm sure some little critter calls this home now.
