Andie and I did a re-do of our drenched walk last week. I'm following her lead in posting this week, one shot from each of our stops. Like Andie, I wasn't thrilled with my images, so this will be a good exercise in making lemonade out of lemons. Of course, we had a great time anyway! And it was wonderful to have a dark December night that was not too cold and totally dry the whole time. See Andie's @ukandie1 shot for context of the ice skating ribbon in Millennium Park: https://365project.org/ukandie1/365/2017-12-18
What a great idea to post a photo from each stopping place. Your shot has a wonderful sense of movement. (It's also nice to see it in context with your link to @ukandie1's image.)
Love this, great use of selective color. Glad you like the idea of posting from each location, slightly regretting it now as I hate every shot that I took from the bridge! Oh well got to do what I said I would...as I said I wing it a lot of the time and in this case it did not work out well :(
@ukandie1 I know what you mean -- my shots were not really what I wanted (except some of the Bean ones which I had several), but because I knew I had to post now from each stop, I've really been working on using various processing tools and it's been a useful exercise, in the end. Surprisingly so, so thanks for the challenge to do it this way!
