Bird on the Fence in the Snow by taffy

Bird on the Fence in the Snow

Went for a walk to see what I'd find and happened on a large group of little birds -- sparrows I think -- in a parking lot, hopping in and out and on the chain link fence. It's now snowing, so I decided to add in a bit, though it wasn't when I took the photo.
Love you POV and of course the snow adds atmosphere.

Would love to see it without snow too. That opening in the fence is nice for the comp.

My first thought was of imprisonment of this little bird with the fence. Fluffed up against the world....

He looks rather forlorn looking.
Rohan is now at Whitefish, near Glacier Nat Park in Montana Taffy and he reckons it is 20deg warmer there that it was in Naperville

Beautifully atmospheric image! He does look as if he's gazing forlornly at what's on the other side of his fence.
