We were showing friends the view from the rooftop deck, so of course I brought camera and tripod. I was struck by how chaotic it looked from this angle, with all the traffic, reflected lights, and illuminated buildings.
Viewing on black helps a little.
Wow so much to look at and work out! Love it! The building on the LHS nearest to us looks like many tv screens. Are we looking into the rooms or are they reflections? I could spend ages looking out at this view! Wonderful image Taffy!
This really comes alive on the black. It is like turning the lights on, all the details shine out, all the complexity of the setting. It is quite mind blowing to stop and think about all those lives concurrently playing out, represented by the lights on display.
Extraordinary, and certainly chaotic. The windows on the left-hand building intrigue me, reflections or …?? So many buildings, so many lights, wow. I feel like a country bumpkin.
