Tomorrow's the big day -- yikes -- but we have a holiday party so tonight, Jim took me to our favorite neighborhood restaurant, Chez Joel, for dinner. Since it was my celebration, I was able -- without any complaints or rolling of eyes or grimaces of any kind from him -- to take candids of diners and shots of the restaurant and food throughout the evening. GREAT fun! Photographers are so easily entertained...I was fascinated by the couple sitting at the table in the corner as they elegantly held and sipped their wine. And I loved the profiteroles for dessert.

@yaorenliu Heehee! I had my little point and shoot so was pretty unobtrusive. The guy noticed me at one point and looked away but then seemed to ignore me the rest of the time. Our portions are ridiculous, but this wasn't bad -- we shared the dessert!
Wonderful collage and smiling at your comments. My hubby gets really cranky if I take out a camera in a restaurant - I have tried and I get the raised eyebrow - LOL. Looks like a wonderful evening!
Haha! Happy birthday for tomorrow.... I think all 365 other halves get a bit fed up with our obsession at times! Mine gets very impatient and is always walking ahead of me while I stop to capture something essential, great collage, love the idea and your commentary!
