had me seeing lines everywhere. I took this shot in front of our college, because the lines from the stones and the sheen from the rain caught my eye. I then edited to convey the spookiness I always feel (ETSOOI-20's theme) when I have to stay late and end up walking out of the college at night, alone, for the 3 block walk home across what I hope, is truly a deserted area.

Yes, the sheen is very interesting. I like how it shows the path to be so deep and then I'm looking at spooky buildings and I know they are far but are they far enough that I'm safe standing here? :) I like it.
@olivetreeann I'm very careful...usually avoid leaving late at night in the first place, or if I do, have Jim meet me with the car. Our students and faculty all know it's best to be in a pair or small group in walking to the parking lot. But I end up walking past the lot to get to our house. It can be a long block, and I always am on my cell with Jim so he can hear my progress!
Stunning and cool--would you post in the ETSOOI thread too? Love the night spookiness--the lights in the background look like eyes. But you did not hear that.
