First, thanks for your well wishes re Aperture crashing. After sorting it out, I lost only this past weekend's work, and I still had the photos on the camera's memory card, so all is as well as could be expected. And thank you for your wonderful comments on my fall shots from Beaver Island. We're back in Chicago so today's shots are the last 'on the day of' that I'll post. The house is all closed up so we're Chicago-based til spring.
This is a landscape taken this morning with my iPhone for my tag challenge iPhone + landscape. I did take a photo of the iPhone with this photo displayed, but it really wasn't very interesting. Processed on the iPhone in snapseed, but uploaded from my computer.
The colors of the trees are sensational. Love the reflection of the sky in the water too. Sure is a beautiful place! You're lucky to have this retreat to balance life in the big city of Chicago.
Wow that's a stunning shot with an iphone!! Sorry to hear about your Aperture problem - what a pain loosing some of your work!! A gorgeous image - Fav!!
What a glorious fall day you have captured here! I'm wondering if the black frame holds it in a bit more than a slightly thinner or browner frame might have?
@jyokota So right! It was bugging me when I looked at it this morning. It was also 'off' proportionately. What do you think of it now? I took off a bit of the sky and removed the frame.
But how did you edit a photo you've already posted? I thought when you did that it deleted all the comments?
