Sadie decided it was her turn for attention. She backed toward where one of her people was brushing her "sister," Bella, and simply plopped down, right on top of her. What made it even funnier, is Bella simply laid there, under Sadie, totally unperturbed.
Just a fun shot taken a few days ago and processed tonight.
Two great things today: the proposal is turned in AND I was invited to contribute photos to the art show for Museum Week. Up til 2:00 a.m. framing! Time for sleep...but first, a thanks for your continued wonderful response to the light dancer which is now on PP, quite rare and very much appreciated!
Love this photo....Sadie looks quite guilty, btw! Oh, and congrats on the photo submittal, and for turning in the proposal! Time to enjoy the island life!
@pamknowler That was what was so crazy -- at least as far as her people knew, Sadie has never plopped down on Bella. We were laughing so hard as Bella didn't flinch, mostly seemed to be saying "no biggie, just keep brushing me, not her, and I'm fine." Catherine literally had to push Sadie off -- Bella never gave up her spot!
@kathiecb Thanks!! It's really a very small pond so not as impressive as it sounds. But, it looks very cool -- they do a wonderful job of creating an artsy gallery feel, and there are some 'real' artists whose work is amazing and very high end (e.g., a quilt on the display next to mine is selling for $4500!!!). But someone bought one of my little photos today -- I think next to the quilt, my stuff is a HUGE bargain!
I find the mpix.com is great and you can pay a little more for higher end printing. Their regular print is fine, but there is a pearl finish that is really professional looking. Most of what I'm posting were ones that I had posted on 365 -- maybe even all of them.
Congratulations on the being asked to contribute to the museum AND the PP. You totally deserve it! I have a feeling it will be TT too ;-)
