Back home and going through some photos before heading up to the college. It did feel good to sleep in my own bed! It's too bad Australia is so far away -- what a fantastic country! I'll be posting photos for the next month, I'm sure. I couldn't resist uploading this as a companion to Kid Kangaroo on http://365project.org/taffy/365/2014-10-26 . It really did seem like this one was waving to me before hopping off into the woods. Taken in Barossa Valley's nature preserve after an afternoon of wine tasting.

...so your an airline hostess on the side... ! I haven't come across your photos for awhile and now I see this wonderful group! The kangaroos are so amazing...many even quite friendly, even in "the wild"! I can truly believe this one was v\waving to you...they're like that down there!
