They are both great photos, Taffy. I am so amazed as to what you can do with a photo in processing. I could not chose as they are both amazing in their own way. FAV
A lovely shot... I enjoy the comparison between the two views. The blues on the lake are really amazing, as are the complex clouds. I would pay large sums, right now, to escape to such a place. :) For me, I am voting for this shot (for the realism... escape envy), but the dramatic processing is so compelling, that it is a tough choice.
@Weezilou I don't know it...I'll see if I can find out when I'm in town. One that we get here is the Manitou, but this was one I'd never seen before -- even went back to get my camera so I could photograph it as I figured it might not ever be back.
@taffy Like you, I find the presence of these ships so special, all else in my world has to wait a few minutes while I get photos! So glad I didn't miss this one of yours!
