This week I decided (when possible) to focus on insect shots. I actually took the camera off of auto or creative mode and used shutter priority mode to take this. I'm still trying to understand how it all works together. I'm so thankful for our lake where the dragonflies are always eager to help!
@shannew Thanks Shanne - for stopping by and for your encouragement. I have taken shots of this guy before ( well maybe not this exact one ) and I never could get the detail to pop. Manual settings really do help - go figure :)
