interesting edit, but I'm not sure it's worked. The tones of the skin of your "person" in the water make the light not match. The stillness of the water around the body with the reflections not disturbed make it an obvious addition.
I do like Wallace and Gromit, but no, other than thinking you'd found a known face, was looking at the photography issues. I'm not great at composites - there are a few on my project since January, and I can see the mistakes. I usually try set them up with all the shots in the same place at the same time so I get the light right. (That pear on the TT was done that way)
