"Gold Fever"... by tellefella

"Gold Fever"...

lots of hills to cycle up (and down) to reach the little historic gold mining town of Walhalla in the great dividing range of Victoria ...set in a deep mountain valley it has survived mostly as built in the 1860's...the building at centre is the popular Star Hotel....
What a beautifully kept historic village.

Very neat shot, John! We have a "Walhalla" here in the South, USA, too, but not a gold mining town.
