Lonely walk

This guy was walking his dog along the footpath. Although there were many people striding out, they were not around when I took this shot. By the time I got back to where I had parked my car, I had managed to get a parking infringement fine of $72. *%#* off. The wanker must have been watching me get out of the car. The time on the infringement notice wasn't even 10 minutes after I had parked. A-hole!
