Didn't set my alarm this morning yet still woke in time to wander down to the rocks on the beach and watch the sunrise. Another lady was also there and we got into a deep discussion about lots of things, eg; what colours make you happy, girls vs. boys question, family/self balance. Stimulating start to the day.
