Our King Parrots brought the results of a very busy breeding season down for a feed this morning. We have had the babies coming in in dribs and drabs over the past couple of weeks but this is the first time that 3 of them have been down at once. Mum is on the left. She is a very young mum and certainly not the same one we have had in past seasons
There may be a fourth baby, a male, that came down once a couple of days ago.
@terryliv And a very good job I would say. How cool to see the family being raised and entrusted to you as fine hosts. They probably all went for ice cream later, right?
Dad has himself positioned as king of the Castle so he can oversea the brood. Three babies now that will keep them busy. We had a pair of galah babies come to feed earlier in the month. What a noise at feed time.
