The Birds Still Love Us

We are still visited on a daily basis by a wide range of wild birds.

This is a juvenile male King Parrot and is one of last season's additions. You can tell it is a juvenile because he has not attained his adult all red head and chest yet and still has a few of the baby green feathers
Wow what fabulous colours!! What a knockout visitor to your garden - my little robin pales into the background against this beauty!!

My wife had a mature one of these on her, feeding from her hand at Lamington National Park just two days ago. Such a vibrant red. Beautiful.
