Good Riddance 2021 – A Year that Promised so Much . . .
. . . .and delivered so little
I’m sure that like most people, this time last year we were looking forward to a better and brighter 2021. How wrong we were.
I have used the same photo this year as last year for two reasons. One was because I feel like we are in much the same position this year as we were last and secondly, this shot represented the absolute limits of my creative ability.
The only other suitable image I could come up with was me mooning the camera but I didn’t think that would get past the censor.
I have really struggled with the daily postings over the last couple of months and I am going to take a break in 2022 and just drop in when I get the urge.
Have a Happy New Year everyone. Let’s hope that 2022 really will be a vast improvement on the past two.
I am so with you on the whole 2021 thing! This is a must fav for me!! I hope you and yours have a better 2022 and please do drop by 365 when you have the time ♥
I have struggled to keep up during the last couple of months too because I have other projects on the go, so I will be taking a break too for a while and only pop in occasionally.
I have loved checking out your photos over the years Poppo and I wish you and all your family a happy and healthy 2022. Take care xx
I know exactly how you feel Terry I have struggled with motivation over the pasted two years, let’s hope thing’s will improve in 2022, but it’s showing very little sign of it in the UK at the moment, still I wish you both a Happy and healthy 2022 and stay safe:)
I'm with you on this! Good riddance to 2021 and we can only hope 2022 is a huge improvement! Enjoy your break, I'm hoping to come back to the group with more regular posts. I've missed it!
