1 B/R with Garden

Totally out of ideas today so made a trip to the Mt Cootha Gardens to se what was on offer.
I loved the way this little water fowl was sitting on her eggs facing the water lily flower. Must have watched every mm of its growth

I agree with Anne in that from the back it does look like something from the Grebe family. Nice capture Terry. It sometimes surprises me to see how when where Birds will build their nests and lay their eggs.
