G20 and the Old State Library Building

Across the park from Andrew's @tomtom shot last night is the Old State Library Building which has been lit up in a series of pictorials each of which lasts for a couple of minutes.
This pictorial celebrates a number of milestone dates in the history of Queensland - in a slightly tongue in cheek fashion. My favourites? The opening of the Yatala Pie Shop in 1914 (WooHoo!!), Jackie Howe's shearing feat in 1892; the winking Little Mister Fourex in 1924. Yep, I'm the original Bogan. ,
I had a hell of a job deciding which one to use but I kept coming back to this one even though it is not the most colourful.
Best on Black
Fantastic shot. I'm a big fan of pie shops too. And me being a Victorian bogan, I go for the local swill, VB.
