Bromeliad Show 2 by terryliv

Bromeliad Show 2

I ended up with a heap of shots from the show and had a lot of trouble deciding which ones to use. The one bottom left is extremely interesting. It is Deuterocohnia Brevifolia and is made up of thousands of very small individual broms. It is very slow growing and this specimen would many years old. I had never seen one before
Top left is a Neoregelia of some sort, top right is a display of flowering Vrieseas with some Guzmanias, bottom right is an Aechmea flower of some sort.
wonderful collage and photos:)

They are all gorgeous. The bottom left is indeed the most interesting. I'd like to know how old it is.

@lyndemc Yours would look something like the ones front and right wouldn't it Denise? Different colour perhaps.

Pretty!

@terryliv Yes! The darker "paddle" shaped ones with the yellow edges. One has three 'pups' now, the other only one.
