Came across this tree covered in Old Man's Beard on the drive in the Gold Coast hinterland. Somewhere in there is Rhoda, "saving" bits that have fallen on the ground. LOL
Also known as Spanish Moss, it is actually a Bromeliad, Tillandsia usneoides although it looks nothing like any of the broms in our back yard.
Wonderful scenic country behind the Gold Coast. We lived at Currumbin for 15yrs .Would like to return now with camera and do it all again ,natural arch and keep going over the border and end up in Murwillumbah, then via Tomewin back into Currumbin valley.Great scenery in the whole area, .Glad Rhoda has that wonderful life saving trait !!lol
