Please. Can I have some more.

The first time ever today that a Scaley Breasted Lorikeet has hung around long enough for me to get a photo.
This little fellow was quite persistent and was having a quick feed when the rainbows came down and chased him off but instead of flying away, he hopped up onto the handle of the old laundry trolley and waited his chance to have a bit more. Unfortunately, he never got another go.
When we were kids, we always called these birds "Greenies"

Great shot, do you get many scaly breasted lorikeets? We get hundreds of rainbow's but only have 4 scaly breasted's who call by.
