Day 17 - Paintings for Sale by terryliv

Day 17 - Paintings for Sale

After feeling so pleased with ourselves about the aboriginal paintings we had bought at Tilmouth Well the previous evening, we were brought back down to earth when we found some really nice ones being sold by the aboriginal women in the Todd Mall. There were quite a few groups like this scattered throughout the mall. Apparently, the women from the surrounding areas always bring them in on a Saturday. Buggar!!!!

Don't bother to comment - just telling a story.

We have now left the map at http://365project.org/terryliv/from-the-archiv/2015-01-07 showing our tour up to the start of Day 15.

It's so nice to have art when you can meet the actual artist as well.

Yeah right. Of the five we did buy, I still have not found a place to hang two of them.
