We were stopped on the side of the road taking the shot posted in my main album when this couple pulled up and started taking the same photos. Just as I grabbed this shot, the lady stopped photographing and turned and saw me.
We went and spoke to them and it turned out they were from California and for the next hour or so, we either passed them on the side of the road (toot, toot) or they passed us (toot, toot) or we ended up at the same vantage point (no toot)
LOL - that is exactly what we did when we were on a road trip through here. The other reasons cars suddenly stop is when a bear is sighted or those cute as prairie dogs as we found out on the way to Mesa Verde. Such fun. Loving your photos btw.
