Day 121 - Wasp

Well I think it is a wasp. Well I was watering the plants yesterday as you can tell...and I remember this guy made a nest in one of the windows of the house. So today I got a camera and stood safely on the other side of the glass and took pictures. This is probably the best I got. Deciding to get my picture out early today.

Eeep!! I had a nest of wasps in my window once... I closed the screen and they starved to death. d: I felt kinda bad afterwards. :\

Be careful, by accident I was weeding and there was a wasps nest in amongst it all on an old hose reel, I got stung approx 50 times before jumping in the pool!! Great close up though!

yikes! lucky you caught it this small. i tend to not see them until they are the size of basketballs. then i have to call the guys in the hazmat suits.
