Since the first time I read Anne McCaffrey’s series the dragonriders of Pern I wished it was possible to do just that.
This dragon is actually one I made myself in wax, afterwards he was made in bronze, something I couldn’t do myself. The eyes are from a photo I took from a tiger in my local zoo. The wings are manipulated to look larger than they actually are.

definitely riding a dragon is one of my biggest fantasies too 😊 how neat that I started the week with one and you ended with another. our images are so different, yet make the perfect 'bookends' for the fantasy week!

Post processing eludes me. I watch videos and tutorials and I seem to understand and then go to do it myself ...........

I adored those books too so it’s probably time to revisit them. But I’m glad they didn’t make them into a film the last time they did that with ‘A letter to the King’ I was totally disappointed ........only the names were the same everything else was different.
