In this case, the movement was zooming during a long exposure. These are some Christmas lights on a neighbor's bush in front of their house. Unlike ICM I, I was much closer to this bush and the lights were much larger.
This shot is the Missus' favorite of the 40+ exposures I grabbed while walking around the neighborhood.
@jon_lip Not absolutely certain because with this type of shot you just twist the lens back and forth and see what happens. I'm pretty certain in this one I am zoomed in, because the purple, orange and red blobs in the foreground are where the zoom stopped...up close.
