Meandering along the James River, the Missus and I stopped at the Osbourne Landing Boat Ramp. This osprey (Pandion haliaetus) was flying over the river, searching for food. Another one had just grabbed a fairly large fish just as I spotted it and it flew to the other side of the river before I could even raise the camera.
