Can't believe how far behind I'm getting. with everything. It seems like the only camera time I'm getting is when it's dark and raining. But not to worry it's my project and as long as I am learning I'm happy. This is a shot I took last year underneath North Pier at Blackpool. I merged 3 shots then toned the colours down as they were too garish.
Great HDR shot. Reminds me of the happy times spent in the area before we came out to Australia, and of my father telling us 'it's like Blackpool illuminatins' when we left all the lights on. Fav for me, because I love the shot and the memories of Blackpool

I'll try to get some more shots for you so you can see what it is like now. There have been so many changes over the years you wouldn't recognise it. The promenade has recently been revamped and is actually looking quite modern. Lots better than the old bland concrete that used to be there. Thanks for stopping by.
