Betty and I started the day off by walking through the Palace and the areas around it.
We blocked off the rest of today to spend with Gabrielle - a friend we met from London. She's been in Madrid for the past 1.5 years after getting married to her husband so it was good to use a local's knowledge.
After much wandering around, Betty and I said bye to Gabrielle and wandered off to watch a Flamenco show
