Artichoke by tonygig

Artichoke

This Artichoke stands seven feet tall. Its still got to plump out but I don't use them for eating, I use them for structure around the garden, If one's got time please view large.
Super Tony -- its great to have such plants to create hight & different textures in the Garden --lovely shot !

They are actually delicious!you peel the "petals " off individually and dip them in garlic butter, drawing the insides out with your teeth gently!
