Old Bell Hotel

The Old bell Hotel in Derby, now run down but is about to be up and running soon?, Its a 17th century building and was built around 1680 and steeped in history, Its also Haunted and featured on Sky's TV Most Haunted.

@tonygig that is a shame re its state but lets hope they do something with it. Does it have a preservation order on it or will it just succumb to the bulldozer?

@padlock A local man as took it on and he's pumping 1m into restoring it back to how it was, and asking the local's what they would like done to it?.
