Lemon Curd Turnovers

My 10 year old Granddaughter came for the Day and wanted to do some baking, These Lemon Curd Turnovers are all her own work, the ones on the left are Shortcrust, the ones on the right Puff, they all went home with her, also with the help of her Grandmother they did a Shepherds Pie, all I had for my Dinner was Tomato's on Toast. ( I also did all the washing up )
