Black Beach

Black Beach located on the North Shore of Lake Superior, not sand but composed of taconite tailings that had been dumped by Reserve Mining into Lake Superior. In the distance framed by the branches of the tree one can see a large boat heading into Two Harbors for a load of taconite pellets
