We went to the Sea Change Restaurant and bar
last night. Fantastic service and food. We shared
a belgian endive salad (sieved egg, bread crumbs, bagna cauda, herbs, dungeness crab)
For the main entry Pam had the largest seared
Scallops ever (creamed nettles, English peas, pancetta lardens, black trumpet puree, fingerling potatoes)
I had branzino (sea bass, cauliflower puree, mushrooms, capers, raisin s, dill, brown butter, lemon)
Fantastic food, great service , but the most important part of the evening was being with Pam
