I'm very excited today. I can publish my own photo of a tulip --Haha! Yesterday I was given four tulip plants all in bud. Today they are opening. These are the first live tulips I've ever seen. I can't believe nurseries have been able to control their growth to ensure they open on Mother's Day- given it's autumn here in Australia. (It is cool and bleak today so perhaps they'll feel at home when they open.)
