Each morning as we drive out to move irrigation pipe we see this old man roo. He's living along an unused railway line where the grass is still green. He sits up and watches us pass. He camps there during the day and gives us a "Good afternoon" again as we go out for the afternoon shift.
This is an animal I've never seen even at a zoo. I can't imagine what it must be like to live where these animals are around like deer are here. He looks very big. Amazing capture. Wonderful composition.
Such a cool shot! I love to see the shots from around the world - wildlife, landscapes, city life, etc... We have a tendency to overlook what we see as everyday (and boring), but this project helps to realize that there is beauty all around and what we find to be everyday is very unique to others. Good job!
