Playing in the bull holes

These two little fellows had been amusing themselves playing in holes dug by the bulls challenging each other across fences. Mopsy startled them and I caught this gorgeous image of the two totally mesmerized by her actions.

We are both trying to guess the breed Margaret....not Limousens I know but fascinated by the large ears & round head. Beautiful animals!

@happypat they are Santa Gertrudis cattle -nicknamed the cherry reds. They were developed as a breed on King Ranch in USA and were introduced to Australia in the 1950s

@ubobohobo oh thank you.....I have never heard of that breed....thought I hadn't seen the before....good for beef I would imagine.
