Waiting for Debbie by ubobohobo

Waiting for Debbie

Or it could be... Playing in the Rain... In My Light Room or today's word, Refraction. But I'm waiting for cyclone Debbie - just the associated rain we hope. Cyclone Debbie is presently lashing the Whitsunday Islands and we are watching the rain band associated with it slowly move towards us. We're hoping for some flood rain to fill our creeks and rivers and restore underground water supplies. The associated wind can happily pass us by.
Not good from what I hear- Category 4! I would stay inside and put an eiderdown over your head! This tomato makes a great circle of light here!

Keep your fingers crossed Margaret. Everyone always focuses on the potential downside of cyclones but I think that as a general rule, the long term benefits to the rural communities outweigh the short term costs.

Great capture to explain the waiting! Sounding quite nasty on the news down here.

Hope you don't get any damage from the wind
