25. Bowl

A bowl of freshly picked starfruit. The crop is so abundant I'm experimenting with ways to use them. I love them fresh with ice cream. However last nights trial, lightly grilled, seasoned and served with pork chops, was equally delicious.

This is a fruit I've never tried. I doubt if it grows in my part of the world. However, your picture looks delicious and makes my mouth water.

They look lovely but I'm not a fan. Like most fruit they are probably much nicer when picked and eaten when fully ripe.
